France Specific Precious Metals Assortment 

 

June 2018 - August 2018

Claire's Inc. 

  • OBJECTIVE: To create a precious metals jewelry assortment for Spring 2019 that was specific to the French customer since the French customer responds differently to styles in comparison to other European countries.

  • STRATEGY: Researched and analyzed who the french customer is and what she wants, competitor product, past sales data across multiple departments, trend reports.

  • Presented assortment to the Claire's Inc. executive team and justified the potential efficacy of the proposed styles by using previous business and sales data for evidential support. 

  • Worked with the planning team to determine the correct SKU count per class and subclass by month.

  • Used my gained knowledge to develop fifty new styles for the French customer.

  • Coordinated the styles by the most appropriately fitting store grade.
