OBJECTIVE: To create a precious metals jewelry assortment for Spring 2019 that was specific to the French customer since the French customer responds differently to styles in comparison to other European countries.

STRATEGY: Researched and analyzed who the french customer is and what she wants, competitor product, past sales data across multiple departments, trend reports.

Presented assortment to the Claire's Inc. executive team and justified the potential efficacy of the proposed styles by using previous business and sales data for evidential support.

Worked with the planning team to determine the correct SKU count per class and subclass by month.

Used my gained knowledge to develop fifty new styles for the French customer.

Coordinated the styles by the most appropriately fitting store grade.
